OUR CHEF

Chef Paolo was born in the island of Sardinia ( Italy).
Moved 11 years ago in U.S. he worked as head chef for motion picture television
catering, serving the food for the famous movies:
Westworld s2, Call of the wild, The Mandalorian s2, The goldbergs, Kimi,
Hobbs & Shaw with The ROCK, and many more.
With the collaboration of Chef julio Van Schuerbeck nominated best
maestro pizzaiolo 2013 ,They create a very unique concept using Neapolitan credentials.
