Our Italian chefs prepare a unique contemporary Neapolitan Pizza made with our 21 years old sourdough respecting the 90 seconds cooking time in our wood fire oven. OUR CHEF

Chef Paolo was born in the island of Sardinia ( Italy). Moved 11 years ago in U.S. he worked as head chef for motion picture television catering, serving the food for the famous movies: Westworld s2, Call of the wild, The Mandalorian s2, The goldbergs, Kimi, Hobbs & Shaw with The ROCK, and many more. With the collaboration of Chef julio Van Schuerbeck nominated best maestro pizzaiolo 2013 ,They create a very unique concept using Neapolitan credentials.
